Ghaziabad News: Ghaziabad Development authority will be holding an auction to sell flats, shops, plots at cheaper prices. The auction will be held on the 15th September. Authority was planning to sell out some vacant land for a long time, so the decision has been taken to hold an auction. The flats are located at Madhuban Bapudham Yojana, Govindpuram, Nandgram, Indirapuram, Indraprastha, Tulsi Niketan, Kaushambi Yojana and Koyal enclave. These properties will be sold to the public at cheaper prices. According to sources, 150 Residential, 100 Commercial and many Industrial plots will be sold in the auction.
Many 2-3 BHK Flats available at Cheaper Rates
People who have a budget of less than 40-45 lakhs, can opt for a flat in the Raj Nagar Extension, NH-24, Noida Extension, Yamuna Expressway and Crossing Republic. People looking for a 1BHK Flat at an affordable price can check out the flats under 15-25 lakhs in Raj Nagar Extension. Similarly, flats in the Yamuna Expressway, Crossing Republic and Noida Extension will come under a budget of 30 lakhs.
Authority Plans to sell other Properties also
People looking for 2BHK flats can check out in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Sector-75-78 Noida and Sohna under a budget of 50 lakhs. 3 BHK Flats under the budget of 70 lakhs are available in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and Vaishali. GDA plans to sell other properties also in Karpooripuram, Pratap Vihar and Swarna Jayanti Puram at cheaper rates. Authority plans to earn over 200 cr through these properties.
