Ghaziabad News: In order to develop the city, all the Property Owners will have to submit Development charge from now onwards. The move has been taken in order to have better infrastructure facilities like the Drainage system, Transport, parks, buildings , gyms and other things. To get this plan into action, a committee has been formed and it will assured that there will be no illegal construction, every part of the area should be properly developed and maintained. This will encourage people to follow hygiene and keep the surroundings clean.
Committee will have members from different Depts
The committee will have members from Lucknow Development Authority, Country Planner, Director of Awas Bandhu, Planning of Housing Development, Architecture, Chief Architect Planner of Lucknow and Ghaziabad etc. The government asked the member to come up with fix rates within one week. According to officials, this move will prevent a lot of unplanned developments. Once the rule is implemented the city will have a clearer picture and gradually everyone will contribute in the maintenance of the area.
The Plan will help control unauthorize development
According to officials, once the master Plan is prepared, then a zonal plan will also be made. In the zonal plan, the agricultural land will be converted into Residential land and then authorities will put up charge to prevent unnecessary development. Once this works, there will be other facilities also like Semi Public facilities and Mix land use etc. A separate account will be opened in the bank to keep the funds, and this will be called Urban Development Fund. The Vice Chairman will present Report of the Development charges in the Board Meeting. Committee will decide on the next step.
