Greater Noida News: For those who have always wanted to live in Greater Noida, there is excellent news. In the Greater Noida Authority area, new residential constructions are going to begin. After more than 13 years, the authority has finally announced the cooperative housing plot scheme.
Eight Exclusive Plots
There are eight plots in all, spread throughout several sectors. They will be between 3.5 and 10 acres in size. The plot will be allocated for a period of ninety years. Applications are accepted through February 27. Following application, documentation must be sent by March 1.
According to an official from the authority, plots will be distributed through an online auction, with the highest bidder receiving the plot. Sectors Mu, Omicron, Eta, Sigma, Sector 36, and Sector 12 are where these plots are situated. Builders will be required to pay the full cost of the land within ninety days for this.
Project Completion Guidelines
In addition, they must finish the project in accordance with the authorised layout design and receive an occupancy certificate from the relevant authority within seven years of the lease deed’s execution date. Sector 36 has the smallest plot available, which is 3.5 acres in size. Three different sizes of plots are available: 4.5 acres in Sector Mu, 7.5 acres in Omicron 1A, and 7.5 acres in Sector Etah 2. informed that there are two 7.5-acre and 9.5-acre plots in Sigma 3. There are two available plots in Sector 12; they are 5.5 acres and 8 acres.
Seventeen Applicants Vie for Noida Authority’s Residential Plots
Simultaneously, seventeen applicants are competing for a piece in the Noida Authority’s residential plot project. The electronic bidding process for this will begin on March 11 and run through March 15. On January 25, of last month, the administration had introduced the 376 residential plots programme. Sectors 41, 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, 56, 61, 70, 71, and 72 contain these plans. In addition to these, the undeveloped plots in Sectors 92, 99, 105, 108, and 122 near the Noida-Greno Motorway have been included for the first time.
