Greater Noida News: Yamuna Authority plans to build 5 Parks near the Jewar Airport. Lot of International investors are also planning to invest around this area as many Industrial Units are being set up at a fast pace near Yamuna City. A proposal has been sent to the Government to buy land of Sector -10. There is a plan to built parks, electronic Manufacturing Hubs. Over 300 hectares of land will be required for the development of this project.
Authority will need Land from 3 Villages
Authority has decided to obtain land instead of buying it directly from the farmers. According to reports, authority will need land from three villages to build the project. This includes 52.9780 hectares of village Akalpur, 204.6293 hectares of Mayana and 48.4530 hectares of Maqsoodpur. As soon as all the Documentation work and other formalities are completed, the construction work will begin in the area.
All 5 parks will be built in Sector-10
The move will benefit farmers as they are likely to get a good amount of money after they sell their land for the project. Once the land is finalized theses parks will be built in sector-10
