Greater Noida News: All the three authorities of Noida will have the same rules and regulations from now onwards. Gautam Budha Nagar is known as the Industrial city of Uttar Pradesh. According to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Authority. These are built on farmers land and they used to have different Policies and rules, but from now onwards, they will have one rule and one policy. According to reports the Noida Authority used to give compensation to the farmers along with 5% plots, where as Greater Noida gives less compensation but farmers get 6% plots.
Farmers received different compensation from authorities
The Yamuna Authority gives less compensation as compared to Noida and Greater Noida, but they give 7% plots to the farmers. All the three authorities have different rules and policies. According to the second report, the farmers get the permission to construct buildings up to 15 meters. The Greater Noida Authority allows the farmers to build up to 11 meters. The farmers were unhappy with the different policies but this issue is now solved
All authorities will follow the same rules & regulations
From now onwards, all the three authorities will follow the same policy. The order has been issued by the authority commissioner. This move will also benefit Residential and Builder Buyers.
