Greater Noida News: A day after 4 people killed after lift collapsed in the Under Construction building in Greater Noida, city’s Chief Executive Officer took serious note of the unfortunate incident and issued an order that all lifts will be checked by the builder and the management of the societies from now onwards. If there is any loophole or error reported from the building, the builder and the Society will be held responsible for any mishap and they will be ready to face any form of action. All lifts must be repaired within a month, and a report on these should be submitted within a month.
Authority will inspect all Buildings and submit Report
The authority officials will inspect all the lifts in the Housing Societies and in the flats. If any incident occurs due to lack of proper servicing of the lift, then the builder should be held accountable for criminal negligence and appropriate action will be taken against them.
Four Laborers died when Lift broke and fell due to Negligence
4 laborers lost their lives while coming down from the lift in an under constructed building in Greater Noida yesterday. Lift suddenly broke on the 8th floor and fell. The condition of 2 laborers are still critical. Noida Police sealed the entire building after the incident.
