Greater Noida News: In a bid to provide homes to the Flat Buyers of Greater Noida, The Uttar Pradesh Government is trying to complete the formalities so that the Home Buyers must get their Homes without any further delay. Although the Government is yet to receive the report from Greater Noida Authority in the Builder Buyer case. Once the formalities are completed, over one and lakh buyers will get their houses. The Government is holding meet with the authority to finish this as early as possible.
Noida Authority has to submit Report in the Builder Buyer Case
The Noida Industrial Development Commissioner submitted ceremonial to the Noida and Greater Noida Authority according to which they will have to submit report in the Builder Buyer issue. The report has all the details regarding the allotment of land, OC of the unit, construction of land, also how many buyers were given possession of the land, and size of land and the expenditure involved.
Residents of Greater Noida West demanding Registry of Flats
Authority has sent the revised Report to the Government. Once the report is reviewed by the government then pending work can start. Residents of the Greater Noida West have been protesting about the Registry of their flats. The residents are demanding their money or the Registry of the Flats. The residents can expect some hope once the Greater Noida Authority submits the final report.
