Jharkhand News: In a bid to bring strict laws for the people involved in Paper Leaking during examination, the Government is planning to prepare a draft of Anti-Copying legislation. The offender involved in Paper-Leak will be liable for a Punishment of 10 years and one crore fine if the law is passed by the Assembly.

Government has prepared a draft for Anti-Copying Law

The Government has already prepared a draft for Anti-Copying Law. The bill related to this will be introduced in the Monsoon Session this month. According to the draft, the Coaching Institutes, Service Providers, and the people involved in the Paper Leak Process will be confiscated. Similarly if a student is found guilty, she or he will be barred from giving the exam for two years.

CM: This law will bring Transparency in the Exam System

The CM said we are bringing this law to bring transparency in the competitive exams. The CM says that this law will bring transparency in the Education system. The sincere candidates will be able to sit in the exam with complete honesty and will give their best. This will enable the student to secure marks on their own merit without the fear of cheating.
