Lucknow News: The HSRP number will not be allowed to run on the roads of lucknow from coming Monday as the condition of the seven districts connected to Nepal are not in a good shape. Even after several requests made by the Transport Department, the HSRP vehicles are running on the roads indiscriminately.
‘Only 20% vehicles are registered with the HSRP Number Plate‘
So far only 20% vehicles have been found with the HSRP numbers. There are around 3 crore vehicles running on the roads of Lucknow , and it is mandatory for all the vehicles to have the HSRP number. But despite this many vehicles still don’t have the number registered on their vehicle. There are seven districts connected with Nepal, the border between the two countries is connected upto 570 kilometre. According to the experts it is easy for people to commit crime without the HSRP number. Also it is difficult to trace them if people are running without the HSRP number plate.
‘It is difficult to chase the vehicle without the HSRP number plate’
Vehicles without the number are avoiding the action on the Toll Plazas. If vehicles have the registered HSRP number plate, then it is easy to trace them. In this situation, the department is able to take any proper action against the offender.
