Lucknow News: Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is set to host a two-week workshop tailored for BPharma students. The primary goal of this initiative is to equip students with the skills and knowledge required by prospective employers and to provide comprehensive guidance for interviews.
T&P Department collaborates with YBI Foundation
According to Dr. Pawan Kumar Tripathi, a spokesperson for AKTU, the university’s Training and Placement Department, in collaboration with the YBI Foundation, will launch a complimentary two-week online Personality Development Certificate program commencing on September 25. Interested students must submit their applications by September 24 to participate in this program.
Dr. Pawan Kumar Tripathi highlighted the increasing demand for skilled individuals in the pharmaceutical field and mentioned that the workshop is a response to this demand. Under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. JP Pandey, the workshop will be conducted online in both English and Hindi.
Experts will provide valuable insights to students on job searching, crafting an impactful resume, building a strong online presence, interview preparation, and navigating online interviews. Dean Prof. Arunima Verma anticipates that students will greatly benefit from the workshop, as it will help dispel interview-related anxieties and boost their confidence.
Hindi Program launched in institute
On Monday, the CSIR National Botanical Research Institute launched its Hindi Fortnight program with Padmashree folk singer Malini Awasthi as the chief guest. She inaugurated an exhibition of Hindi books in the institute’s library, unveiled the latest edition of the institute’s official language magazine, Vigyan Vani, and presented certificates to the winners of the Hindi Promotion Awards.
