Lucknow news: On the Banthra-Bijnor route in the Lucknow, the mother of a deputy superintendent of police (SP) heroically repelled two criminals who attempted to steal her jewellery.
DSP’s Mother Takes on Armed Robbers During Morning Stroll
The mother of DSP Narendra Kumar, 50, was out for a morning stroll when two criminals riding scooters attempted to grab her chain. The bold, tough woman grabbed them right away, even picking up a stick that was laying by the wayside as protection. Then the criminals brandished a gun at her. The onlookers interfered and chased the robbers away when they saw the scuffle.
CCTV Footage Analyzed to Capture Robbers After Brave Mother’s Standoff
The DCP for the South Zone, Vineet Jaiswal, stated that a complaint has been filed and that attempts are being made to apprehend the offenders. In an effort to determine their escape path, CCTV footage is also being studied.
