Lucknow News: Indian Institute of Management announces Young Faculty Researcher Award in the memory of late Radhakrishnan Gopalan. The award was introduced by the IIM Lucknow batch of 1996. The main aim of this award is to identify young faculty members. The dean of the faculty thanked all the team members and members of the 1996 batch for this initiative during the gathering. The duration of this endowment is 11 years. The announcement of the award was made in the inaugural ceremony of the Young Faculty Award. The award comes with a corpus of 75 lakh with an annual award value of 7 lakhs.

Many faculty members, professors, students, and teachers attended the gathering and lauded the initiative of the 1996 batch. They also shared their thoughts and experiences during the event and lauded the efforts of the IIM Lucknow batch to consider having this award.
The award will be presented annually to the Young Member
The IIM Lucknow also issued a statement saying that the award encourages all who are part of the institute and it also encourages the young members of the faculty to enhance their research and work for the betterment of the institute in the long run. The award will be presented annually to the young member of the faculty who meets the eligibility criteria.
