Lucknow News: The Indian institute of Management has come up with a Program in partnership with Imarticus Learning, which is called People Leadership and Strategic HR Management. This program will guide the shape the HR professionals with Management skills and leadership. The duration of this Program will be 11 months and it will have nine sections related to different aspects of management. The students will get a Certificate from IIM Lucknow after they finish the schedule of the course.
Candidates must be Graduate with 50% Marks
The candidates are required to be graduate with minimum 50 percent of marks along with five years of Post Qualification experience. This program has been made for graduates who are experienced in the field of HR Professionals, Business Managers who want to excel in their careers. This program will shape them into thorough Professionals in their fields with skills and practical training experience.
Students will have Online Lectures also
According to the institute, the syllabus covers all the skills in the HR Professional and will guide them about the various aspects of HR management in the industry. The students will also get the facility of having online lectures by experts in the field. The whole Program will have around 150 hours of training.
