Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority is soon going to run Bulldozers on all the illegal colonies being built under the Township. The Shipra Estate and the raj Infra Developers have been licensed as Integrated Township. An agreement has been made in the Global Summit about this. Both the Townships are being built on the Sultanpur Road. The LDA has come to know of some shocking facts through a complaint, it is being found out that some illegal colonies are being built inside the Township.
Illegal Colonies will be razed by the LDA
After seeing the construction of the colonies being built inside the Township, the local people around the area are assuming that this also has been passed by the Lucknow Development Authority, whereas the fact is completely different. Some people are investing their money in these illegal constrictions going inside the Township. Now after the instructions being given by the LDA, the illegal colonies being built inside the Township will be razed soon by the Bulldozer.
LDA: People must always check facts before buying Property
The spokesperson of the LDA has informed the residents that one should always check with the LDA before they plan to purchase any New Property. They must check if the Builder has got the layout passed from the LDA or not. People get trapped in illegal houses due to these small mistakes.
