Lucknow News: IMD has predicted heavy rainfall from Monday in the Lucknow city. According to the Met Department, the city has recorded 0.2 mm rains in the last 24 hours which is only 2% of the days normal rain of 8.9mm. IMD has ruled out any possibility of major flooding in the coming days as of now.
No district has recorded more than 33 mm rain in 24 hrs.
In the last 24 hours, no district has recorded more than 30mm rain. River Ganga is flowing above the danger mark in Badaun and Farrukhabad. Currently there are 330 villages affected by the floods in Uttar Pradesh. Schools have been asked to be on stand by if the weather will be worse, the IMD will issue an advisory to shut the schools in case of any emergency.
