Lucknow News: Lucknow development Authority will built three electric charging stations in the city soon. The authority has already picked up sites where these charging stations will be set up. After Noida, Lucknow will be the second city to offer this facility in the parks. The chief Executive Officer of the agency ‘Invest UP’ said that they have asked all the development authorities, Municipal Corporations, Transport Department about the data on existing charging stations. A report will be presented before the Government soon.
Charging Stations will be equipped with CCTVs
LDA has started working on installing the charging stations at Ram Manohar Lohia and Janeshwar Mishra Park in Gomti Nagar and Jyotiba Phule Park on LDA colony. The stations will provide fast charging facility to the two wheelers and four wheelers and they will be equipped with CCTV cameras all over.
The facility will help all the Electric Vehicle Owners
The electric charging stations will benefit all the vehicle owners in the city as they will not have to search for a battery station to charge their vehicle. Apart from this, this facility will also help in boosting the infrastructure of the Transport Department of the city.
