Lucknow News: Lucknow Development Authority is going to take action against the 85 illegal constructions including showrooms, complexes in the city. The authority conducted a survey about the illegal constructions and prepared a list. On the basis of the list, the authority will take action against these illegal demolitions. However the owners of the buildings have been notified in advance about the demolition. The authority has a list of over 2500 illegal encroachments running in the city.
LDA: All illegal Properties will be demolished within a month
Authority is waiting for the Notice Period to get over and then they will take action against all the defaulters. Builders are warned to submit proper documents of their Property or face action.
Officials asked to keep an eye on the Portal
The Additional District Magistrate formed a team and decided to take action against the defaulters of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) . DM instructed the officials to take action against those who failed to pay for the RC( Registration Certificate). Officials are instructed to keep an eye on the Portal to check the applications so that action can be taken soon.
