Lucknow News: People living in Lucknow’s Hazratganj area found a new way of avoiding challan. As the Traffic Police inspected the area with cranes, they were not able to lift the vehicles parked near the DRM office, the driver saw the police approaching them suddenly switched on the engine and their vehicle started crawling. The Hazratganj Police has launched a campaign to keep the traffic smooth in the area. For this the Traffic Police marked 11 routes as No-Parking zones.
Traffic Police impose fines on vehicles in the No-Parking Zones
According to the Traffic Police, people owning expensive cars are also trying to avoid the parking fee. In order to avoid the parking fee, people are leaving their drivers inside the cars especially in the No-Parking zones. The Police have started imposing fine on people who leave their vehicle on the road.
Offenders will be given 10 minute time to vacate the No-Parking area
The Traffic Police has been strictly examining all the No-Parking zones in the area and imposing fines on the offenders. The Traffic Police is giving 10 minutes time to the people who have parked their vehicles on the road or in the No-Parking zones. Once the time limit exceeds these people have to pay the fine.
