Lucknow News: The District Administration has modified the school timings of the children studying in class 1to8 due to the rise in the mercury level. The new schedule will come into effect from Wednesday. The new schedule will be implemented in all the Government aided and Private Schools. The new timings will be 7.30am to 12.30 pm

All Schools will adhere to these timings till fresh orders

The new schedule will be followed in all the schools till further instructions. The other staff of the school like teachers, administrative and Management related work will stay for another hour to finish their work. The decision to change the school timings has been made considering the safety of the children who travel to school everyday in scorching heat. The authorities have taken the decision keeping the health and safety of the children in mind.

Child shouldn’t be forced to attend school if feeling Unwell

The children studying in the Primary classes are more vulnerable and can fall sick in the extreme weather conditions. This is why it is advised by the School authorities to change the timings of classes of these students. Parents have also been asked to keep the child at home if they report of any form of sickness.
