Lucknow News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ Campaign today. The Chief Minister was seen taking a Selfie in the campaign which is trending in Social Media. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi had discussed the ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ Campaign during his monthly Program ‘Man ki Bat’. The aim of this campaign is to honour the Bravehearts who have sacrificed their life for the country. This campaign is formally launched today by the Chief Minister.
‘We will abide by our Resolution to keep our Country Safe’
While addressing the event, the Chief Minister said that we will abide by our resolution to keep our country safe. We will build a successful nation. This is our greatest tribute to the martyrs of our country. The CM said that we’ll continue to hold such programs till August 15th. He also said that I feel lucky to start this campaign from the same place where the soldiers took the kakori Train Movement in the year 1925.

The Chief Minister was also seen clicking a selfie during the ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh Event’ To involve more and more people into the campaign the government has also introduced a website merimatimeradesh.gov.in People can click a selfie holding a diya in their hand and upload it in the website.
