16-year-old boy rapes, brutally kills woman in Madhya Pradesh

In the murder and rape case of a 58-year-old woman four days ago in Rewa, the police arrested the accused and disclosed the murder case. This heinous incident was carried out by a minor living in the area. The accused told during interrogation that he killed the woman to avenge her allegations of theft.

This incident took place in Kailashpur on the night of 31 January. The 16-year-old accused barged into the house at night and attacked the lone woman. The accused tied the woman’s hands and feet and stuffed socks and leaves in her nose and mouth. Then after this, he was killed by attacking him with a sickle at many places. The accused told that he had also raped the dead body, as well as hurt the private part with a stick. After this, the accused fled after stealing the jewelry.

Revenge of the allegation of mobile theft

The woman’s husband and son had gone out of the village at the time of the incident. The accused says that the woman had accused him of mobile theft 2 years ago. In this bloodshed he killed the woman. Hanumana police has arrested the accused revealing the murder case.

The dead body was lying in the under construction part of the house

Mauganj ASP Vivek Kumar Lal, taking the cover from the blind murder, said that the police had received information about the incident on the morning of February 1.

After which Hanumana police reached Kailashpura village. Sukbariya Devi Gupta’s (58) wife Brijlal’s body was found lying in the under-construction part of their own house. Hands and feet were tied. There were handkerchiefs, stockings and leaves in the mouth. After which investigation was started by registering a case of murder.

Raised suspects from the village on the second day of the murder

ASP told that SDOP Naveen Dubey, Hanumana police station in-charge Shail Yadav, cyber cell, finger print, dog squad and FSL team collected evidence from the spot. The body was brought to the Medical College in the evening. Here a team of two doctors did the postmortem till late night. On the second day, while performing the last rites, the suspects of the village were picked up. First the family members of Sukbariya Devi took the names of 5 suspects. All were questioned, but no conclusion was reached.

The minor was caught on the third day, the case opened

According to the ASP, after this the woman’s son raised suspicion on a minor from the village itself. He told that this minor had come to our house two years ago to watch TV. At the same time a mobile was stolen from the house. The family members blamed this on the minor. Since then the accused keeps a grudge against our family. The police got the clue and immediately nabbed the minor. He was interrogated in several rounds for 6 hours. The minor also kept evading the police. There was no fear in him. From the day of the incident, whenever the police reached for investigation, he was roaming in front of the police.
