CM Rise School: In a bid to enhance educational access, Madhya Pradesh is offering free transport services to students in 125 CM Rise schools across the state. This initiative aims to eliminate transportation barriers and support around 70,000 students in accessing quality education.
Details of Free Transport Services
The free bus transport service is available for students traveling between 5 to 20 kilometers to their schools. The initiative has been well-received, with a significant number of students benefiting from this support. The distribution of this service is as follows:
- Bhopal Division: 38 schools, benefiting 18,399 students
- Narmadapuram Division: 14 schools, benefiting 5,130 students
- Ujjain Division: 39 schools, benefiting 30,034 students
- Indore Division: 28 schools, benefiting 12,278 students
- Singrauli District: 4 schools, benefiting 2,876 students
- Katni District: 1 school, benefiting 732 students
- Dewla (Gwalior): 1 school, benefiting 475 students
This initiative, which is part of a larger project, includes the operation of 275 CM Rise schools in various districts as part of its first phase. The program underscores the government’s commitment to providing essential facilities alongside high-quality education, ensuring that students face no hindrances in their academic journey.
