The 5-storey hotel of expelled BJP leader Mishri Chand Gupta, accused of Sagar’s famous Jagdish Yadav murder case, has been blasted and demolished. In 5 seconds, the five-storey building became razed to the ground. A team of explosives was called from Indore to demolish this building. Who succeeded in demolishing the building after about 12 hours of hard work. In fact, this action was taken by the administration on making illegal hotels without permission. According to the administration, permission was taken for a 2-storey shopping complex, but a five-storey hotel was built here.

Once the blasting was done in the afternoon, the second time at around 8 pm, after which within a few seconds the hotel of the expelled BJP leader was razed to the ground.
On December 23, brother and nephew of BJP leader Mishri Chand Gupta crushed a young man Jagdish Yadav to death due to election enmity by crushing him with a Thar. The deceased youth Jagdish Yadav was the nephew of the independent councillor. After this, the BJP expelled the accused from the party.
At the same time, since the massacre, there was a demand to demolish this hotel. About 12 days after the incident, this hotel was destroyed. In this case, the Makronia police station had made 8 accused.
Of these, along with the main accused Lavi Gupta, Honey, Lucky, advocate Chand Gupta and Ashish Malviya were arrested and sent to jail, while three are absconding. The absconding accused include expelled BJP leader Mishri Chandra Gupta and his two brothers Dharmendra and Jitendra.

Sagar Collector Deepak Arya said, the hotel was constructed with the permission of the shopping complex. Instead of a 2-storey building, a 5-storey hotel was built. Which was demolished by control blasting. A team of experts was called from Indore for control blasting.
At the same time, after this action, questions are being raised on the administration that what was the administration doing when the BJP leader was building a 5-storey illegal hotel due to his influence.
