MP Mews– In a recent tweet, the Madhya Pradesh Police Department announced the addition of two new complaint services on their Citizen Portal. These enhancements aim to address public concerns more effectively and improve community welfare.
The new services include:
- Reporting Open Sale of Meat/Fish and Eggs: Citizens can now lodge complaints regarding the open sale of meat, fish, and eggs in their localities, ensuring better regulation and hygiene standards.
- Ban on Loudspeaker Usage: The portal now also allows citizens to report unauthorized use of loudspeakers, helping to maintain noise control and public peace.
To file a complaint, residents can visit the Madhya Pradesh Police Citizen Portal at citizen.mppolice.gov.in.
These initiatives reflect the Madhya Pradesh Police’s commitment to addressing public grievances and maintaining law and order through accessible digital platforms. By empowering citizens to report issues directly, the police force aims to foster a safer and more orderly environment.
The inclusion of these new services on the Citizen Portal is part of a broader strategy to leverage technology for community policing. The police department encourages residents to make full use of these digital tools to report any disturbances or unlawful activities promptly.
