MP News: Madhya Pradesh’s youth have received promising news as significant investment opportunities have emerged following a key meeting in Bengaluru. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav engaged with industry leaders during the meeting, where several important decisions were made. Numerous companies expressed their interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh, aiming to enhance local talent and boost the state’s economy.
Startups and AI Centers to Enhance Local Talent
As part of these initiatives, companies will soon establish a startup hub and an AI Center of Excellence in the state, with a strong focus on leveraging Google Cloud to enhance the skills of the local workforce. This initiative is expected to bring about an investment of ₹3,175 crores, generating approximately 7,000 jobs across the state. The meeting saw participation from major companies like Lap India, Reliance Consumer, DHL Global, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, K&S Technologies, and Kirloskar Systems.
Infosys and Rakuten Symphony Highlight Madhya Pradesh’s Potential
During the meeting, Infosys’ Global Delivery Head, Bindiya Raj, announced plans to establish an AI Center of Excellence in Madhya Pradesh. The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the skills of local talent and provide them with employment opportunities suited to their capabilities. Rahul Atri, Managing Director of Rakuten Symphony, praised Indore, not only as the cleanest city in India but also as a rising production hub. He emphasized that Indore is on its way to becoming a significant center for production.
Investment Plans Across Multiple Districts
Held in the Silicon Valley of Bengaluru, this investment meeting focused on attracting major investments in IT and space technology sectors to Madhya Pradesh. The companies proposed a total investment of ₹3,175 crores, potentially creating around 6,900 new jobs. The “Round Table Session on Investment Opportunity in Madhya Pradesh” saw participation from several prominent companies.
Investment to Span Bhopal, Ujjain, and More
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced that Google Cloud would establish startup hubs and Centers of Excellence in Madhya Pradesh to boost the skills of the state’s youth. Discussions were also held with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited regarding further investments. NVIDIA is set to provide a blueprint to establish Madhya Pradesh as India’s intelligence capital. Investments are planned for various regions, including Bhopal, Ujjain, and Rajgarh, among others. The Chief Minister highlighted that Madhya Pradesh is producing skilled professionals, making it an attractive location for investment. Additionally, the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation signed four important MoUs related to space technology and semiconductors, signaling a significant step forward in the state’s technological advancement.
