MP News: Madhya Pradesh court has sentenced a 54 year old man to 170 years in jail for cheating people and fraud. The accused is also asked to pay a fine of Rs 3,40000 as penalty. The accused is 55 years and old and there are 34 cases registered against him. His name is Nasir Mohammad alias Nasir Rajput. The Sagar District court has sentenced him 5 years of imprisonment in every fraud case he was involved in .
Accused will have to pay 3,40000 Penalty in court
Nasir will now spent 170 years in prison. He is being charged under section- 420. He is also asked to pay Rs 10,000 penalty for his fraud. Now he will have to pay a total fine of 3,40000 rupess to the court along with his sentencing of 170 years in prison. Nasir Ahmed had cheated some people of around 72 lakh rupees. He mostly dumped people from the Bhainsa village. Complaint was filed against him in the year 2019, after that the accused fled the village and started living in Karnataka.
‘Dumped people on the pretext of starting factory’
He was arrested on 19th December 2020 by the Kalburgi Police. According to the Media Reports, the complainant have informed the police that he took money from the people on the name of starting a factory.
