MP Weather Update: Madhya Pradesh experiences varied weather patterns, with some areas witnessing rainfall while others grapple with scorching heat. Over the past 24 hours, certain regions of the state have recorded thunderstorms and squalls alongside rainfall. Conversely, temperatures have soared to 42 degrees Celsius in select areas.
Mixed Weather Conditions Prevail in Madhya Pradesh
Rainfall distribution across the state has been notable, with the Rayasen district receiving 36 millimeters of precipitation, followed by Chhindwara in eastern Madhya Pradesh with 22 millimeters.
Among the hottest districts is Datia in eastern Madhya Pradesh, recording a scorching temperature of 42.7 degrees Celsius. Similarly, Damoh, also in the eastern region, registered a high of 42.5 degrees Celsius.

Warnings have been issued primarily for southeastern regions of Madhya Pradesh, including Shivani, Balaghat, Chhindwara, Mandla, and the Pando region, where thunderstorms and rainfall are expected. Orange alerts have been issued in these districts.
Additionally, changes in weather patterns are underway, with the impact of the cyclone gradually diminishing. Consequently, southern areas are anticipated to receive more rainfall. Areas like Khargone, Khandwa, Harda, Betul, Pando, Chhindwara, Shivani, Mandla, and Balaghat are likely to experience heavier precipitation.
