The Lokayukta team has raided the premises of Hema Meena, assistant engineer of the Madhya Pradesh Police Housing Corporation. The Lokayukta team raided three places including Hema Meena’s residence in Bilkhiria, Raisen’s farm house at 6 am, the action is still going on. During the raid, surprising things were seen at the house of the Lokayukta team. Hema Meena’s salary is 30 thousand rupees a month but LED lights worth 30 lakh rupees were installed at her house.
In this guerilla action of the Lokayukta team, benami property worth seven crore rupees has been revealed so far. In this, documents of land purchased in Raisen, Bhopal and Vidisha have been found, worth one crore rupees. Property from the assistant engineer’s house has received 232 percent more than the income. The Lokayukta had received the first complaint against the assistant engineer in the year 2020. Monitoring was being done only after the complaint was received. After verification of the complaint, the Lokayukta team raided the house of the assistant engineer on Thursday.
Hema Meena lives in a luxurious bungalow
It is being told that Hema Meena has a luxurious bungalow worth one crore rupees. At the same time, the Lokayukta team has also received documents of purchase of land in many villages of Bhopal, Raisen and Vidisha. Along with this, the team has recovered papers of harvester, paddy sowing machine, tractor and other equipment used in farming.
Investigation of income from 2011 till now
Hema Meena is basically a resident of Chapna village of Raisen district. In the year 2016, Hema Meena is posted in Police Housing Corporation, before that she was posted in Kochi. The Lokayukta team has taken his income under scrutiny since 2011. The Lokayukta team got so many documents from the assistant engineer’s house that the investigation could not be completed even after eight hours.
