Smart TVs in government schools of Madhya Pradesh helping students to learn more

In Madhya Pradesh, ‘Artificial Intelligence’ is now being taught to the 8th and 9th school children. The subject ‘Artificial Intelligence’ has been started in a total of 53 schools in the state run by the State Open School Education Board. It has currently been started for the students of class 8th and 9th. State Open School Education Board has also set up labs with 40 modern computers, internet in these schools.

(Independent Charge) Inder Singh Parmar released the books of Class VIII and Class IX on the subject of Artificial Intelligence started in the EFA (Education for All) schools run by the Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board.

Education Department determined to provide quality education

The education department is determined to provide quality education, for this emphasis is being laid on the incorporation and application of modern technology subjects. Madhya Pradesh is the first state, where in EFA (Education for All) schools, education is being imparted through a total of 240 hours of artificial intelligence classes in class 8th and 9th. With the availability of computer lab equipped with all facilities, students are getting ease in studying this subject.

To make India stand before the world with the latest technology like Artificial Intelligence, students are being taught to use it creatively and towards human welfare, in which this syllabus will prove to be very useful. School children of the state are learning to ‘test emotions’ by reading this.

Applications of AI include expert systems, natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine vision. This makes it possible for machines to adjust to new inputs and learn from their experience, such as performing tasks.
