The Hindu Sakal Samaj group raised slogans against Love Jihad and staged dharna in many areas across Maharashtra. He believes that the film “The Kerala Story” will present the whole process of love jihad in front of the people and by watching this film, awareness will come among the girls of Hindu society. Under this, a request has been made on behalf of Sakal Hindu Samaj of Nashik to the District Collector to make the film tax free as soon as possible.
Why is there a demand to make ‘The Kerala Story’ tax free?
Members of Hindu Sakal Samaj said, “We hope that under the leadership of CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, love jihad will be curbed in the state and victimized Hindu girls will get justice. Come forward now. The state government should make this film tax free. All this is a modest expectation expressed by the members of the Hindu community.’
The Kerala Story tax free in Maharashtra, the Madhya Pradesh government has also taken this initiative. The controversial film ‘The Kerala Story’ has been made tax free in Madhya Pradesh. State CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself has made an announcement regarding this through a tweet on Saturday morning.
He tweeted, “‘The Kerala Story’ is a film that exposed the horrific truth of terrorism. A decision has been taken to make the film tax free in Madhya Pradesh.”
