MCD to finish survey by October

An MCD official stated that a directive has been given to the urban development department to finish the survey of the remaining street vendors by the end of this year, in October. MCD representatives state that the business surveying the vendors has been given instructions to resume operations.

“Yes we will start the survey as soon as the impanelled agency starts working, the survey of left-out street vendors will restart. The agency has not yet started working” said a senior MCD officer.
