Meerut News: Namo Bharat’s Breaks Barriers! Expansion Plans Revealed, Check Out

Meerut News

Meerut News: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has announced plans to expand the Namo Bharat train from Meerut to Muzaffarnagar, which is good news for commuters. Thousands of people will profit when the train is extended to Haridwar following its successful run to Muzaffarnagar. As a result, it will just take two hours to drive from Delhi to Haridwar.

Thorough Examination by NCR Planning Boards

These projects were thoroughly examined during a meeting of the NCR Planning Boards, and it was determined to carry out a physical survey to make sure they would be carried out. After a number of surveys are completed, a Detailed Project Report (DPR) detailing the social changes, development pace, and number of beneficiaries of the project will be created.

Many thousands of people will gain if the Namo Bharat train runs as planned, first to Muzaffarnagar and subsequently to Haridwar. The Namo Bharat train takes 45 minutes to get from Delhi to Meerut. It will only take two hours to go from Delhi to Haridwar if the project proceeds as planned.

Republic Day Showcase

This Republic Day, an exact duplicate of the Namo Bharat train operated by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation is scheduled to appear on the Uttar Pradesh tableau, officials announced on Wednesday. According to them, the parade’s focal point will likely be a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) train that originates at Sahibabad station, as displayed in the tableau.

Namo Bharat Train

“Namo Bharat train is going to be the centre of attraction in the Republic Day celebrations this year. Its glimpse will be seen in the tableau of Uttar Pradesh. In this, an RRTS train originating from Sahibabad station will be displayed,” the NCRTC said in a statement.

“It will be a very captivating moment when the Indians from different corners of the world will experience the revolution in transportation brought by NCRTC through this tableau,” they added.

Showcasing State’s Achievements and Legacy

Uttar Pradesh’s tableau, which will highlight the state’s accomplishments and rich legacy, will be on display. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the first rapid transit system in India, the Namo Bharat, in October of last year. The train has a top speed of 180 kmph. This resulted in the public opening of the 17-kilometer priority portion of the 82-kilometer Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS route between Sahibabad and the Duhai Depot.
