Meerut News: New circular prices are being introduced in the district, and preparations have already begun. New circle rates were put into effect on September 13 of last year despite the fact that they were supposed to go into effect on August 1 due to various district-related issues. In this case, the circular rates can likewise only be imposed in September after the rise.On the other hand, from metropolitan areas to municipalities, town panchayats, as well as rural areas, the survey work is now unfinished.The district has begun the process of introducing new circle rates for residential and commercial property.Reports on numerous topics have been requested from all six registrar offices, including four in the urban region, Sardhana, and Mawana.
Additional Departments Ordered to Assess Real Estate
Additionally, additional departments have been ordered to undertake surveys of the real estate on their territory. The survey report hasn’t, however, been turned in at any level. On the other hand, there are concerns about the district’s decision to begin using the new circular rates on August 1 because, as of September 13 of the previous year, they could only be applied with an average increase of 15%. In such a case, the only month in which new circuit rates can be imposed after a year is September. Before putting the circle rate into practise, every possibility will be discussed.
Rush at Registrar’s Offices as New Circle Rates Loom
Before the new circle rate went into effect, there were more people receiving property-related deeds at the registrar’s offices. The number of banams increased by 20 to 25 percent in July when compared to the preceding month. Stamp duty has also brought in a lot of money for the registrar’s office. Before the new circle prices are put into effect, the AIG Stamp – Necessary process is being finished, claims Gyanendra Singh.
