Meerut News: The Residents will now be able to deposit the Power Bill by sitting at home. The administration has launched the online app for the consumers so that they will be able to pay the bill online through online by using their Debit cards, Credit Cards, Netbanking etc. The app has different sections for different users like www.uppclonline.com for the people living in the urban cities, www.uppclmpower.in for the consumers in the village. Apart from these all kinds of UPI options will now be available in the app to deposit the bill.
Consumers will be able to Pay Bills on Time
Earlier people used to wait for the Power Bill, check the due date and they used to go to the Office to submit the bill and sometimes people used to wait in long queues to submit the bill. And if the consumer fails to deposit the bill on time then he will have to submit the fine in the next bill the same bill. The new rule will save and time and people will be saved from paying late fines.
Consumers in other cities also Prefer Paying Bills through App
However every other city has the system of depositing Power bills online, Like in BSNL, consumers pay the electricity bill either online or in the BSNL app.
