‘Mitti Mein Mila Denge’: Yogi Adityanath’s old video resurfaces as Atiq Ahmad’s son Asad gets killed in encounter

On Thursday, Asad Ahmad, Atiq Ahmad’s son was killed in an encounter with the Uttar Pradesh Police. In Jhansi. The incident had the internet visiting an old video state chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

After the killing of gangster-turned-politican Atiq Ahmad’s son Asad, a video of Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has gone viral in which he is seen making fiery remarks against those who disturb the law and order of the state. “Iss House mein keh raha hoon. Iss mafia ko mitti me mila denge… Jitney mafia hain unko mitti me milane ka kaam karenge (I am stating this in the House. The mafia will be destroyed. All mafia will be destroyed),” he said. Asad Ahmad encounter

Asad was wanted in the killing of lawyer Umesh Pal. He was killed in an encounter by the Uttar Pradesh Police’s Special Task Force (STF) in Jhansi on Thursday.

Asad was killed in an encounter on the same day that Atiq Ahmad and his brother were brought before a Prayagraj court in connection with the case. The gangster was transported by road from Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati jail to Prayagraj for his appearance in court. Khalid Azim alias Ashraf, his brother, was brought from Bareilly jail.
