Ghaziabad News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has opened the first phase of Namo Bharat, the nation’s first regional rapid train system. The initial phase’s 17-kilometer track is being used by this train. which runs between Duhai and Sahibabad. Real Estate Surge in Ghaziabad
In numerous locations, including Vasundhara, Vaishali, and Rajnagar Extension, land prices are steadily rising. The cost of land and real estate will rise in tandem with the rapid train route’s expansion. Property values in these areas have gone up by 20 percent since the announcement of the Rapid Rail, according to sources in the real estate industry. The Rapid Rail’s costs are anticipated to rise once it is fully operating on the Delhi to Meerut route.
Real Estate Boom Along RapidX Rail Route
Property prices in Rajnagar Extension were Rs 3300 per square foot in 2021; by September 2023, they had risen to Rs 3900 per square foot. The price per square foot of real estate in Vasundhara has gone up from Rs 5200 to Rs 6200. By September 2023, the cost of real estate in Vaishali will have risen from Rs 5150 per square foot to Rs 6100 per square foot. This rapid train route will be most beneficial for the Rajnagar Extension, Vasundhara, Vaishali, and NH 24.
