Noida News: According to officials, more than 1100 persons applied for the residential plots close to Noida International Airport in a six-hour period. On Monday, Yamuna Development Authority unveiled a plan for 1184 residential plots adjacent to Noida International Airport, and in only six hours, it was completely sold out. Between 5 and 11 in the morning, around 1100 people purchased the forms for the plots close to Noida International Airport and Film City.
Application Timeline and Allocation Details
According to Yamuna Development Authority officials, the plan for 1184 residential plots was initially introduced on August 7, 2023. The programme is still accepting registrations, however the application deadline for this fantastic opportunity is September 1, 2023. The application period for the programme will start on October 18, 2023, and candidates will be chosen at random. The official continued by saying that this is a great opportunity for those who want to live close to Noida International Airport. The project includes 194 120 square metre plots. Of these 194 plots, 34 will be allocated to farmers under a 17% quota, and 10 will be reserved for business owners with operational industries.
Diverse Plot Allocations and Incentives
24 plots, according to the data, are each 500 square metres in size. Four of the 24 plots have been allocated for farmers, and one is set aside for businesses. There are thirteen plots totaling 1,000 square metres. Of these 13 plots, two are set aside for farmers and one for business owners. Additionally, out of 19 plots totaling 2000 square metres, 3 will be given to farmers and 1 to business owners. Similar to this, 206 farm plots and 59 business plots have been reserved out of a total of 1,184 plots. SC-ST members are exempt from paying the registration cost.
