Additionally, thousands of kids go from all over the nation to attend the top-notch educational institutions that have been set up here. The Noida Authority lacks the land necessary to accommodate such a large population. On the area that was here, Noida city was built. The Noida Authority has made the decision to establish New Noida as a new city due to the growing population. New Noida is anticipated to begin settling soon.
Ambitious Plans for Expansion Unveiled by Noida Authority
As ‘Janata Se Rishta’ Manch has already stated, New Noida would be resolved by Noida Authority. Land from 88 villages in the Dadri and Sikandrabad tehsils of the Gautam Buddha Nagar district as well as the Sadar and Sikandrabad tehsils of the Bulandshahr district will be purchased to create this new city. On at least 21 thousand hectares of land from these 88 villages, the new Noida metropolis would be built. Industries would be given priority in New Noida City, similar to Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna City. Institutional and commercial sectors will also be built here together with industrial sectors.
Noida Authority Initiates Master Plan for New Noida: School of Planning and Architecture Engaged
The master plan for New Noida has already been initiated by the Noida Authority. The famous School of Planning and Architect in the nation is now working on completing the master plan. The whole New Noida plan will shortly be discussed in a board meeting of the Noida Authority, according to Dr Lokesh M., CEO of the Noida Authority. The work of establishing the new city will begin as soon as the board meeting passes the resolution. It is important to note that the Board of the Authority handles all aspects of running the Noida Authority. Also tell that New Noida city will also be developed under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Act 1976 (Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Act 1976).
