Noida News: The Greater Noida Board has given a Green Signal for the Master Plan 2041 in which the city will be expanded by 40000 Hectares. The Greater Noida Authority have given the nod for this Master Plan 2041. The authorities have prepared a draft for the entire Master Plan which will be ready in the next 18 years. Right now, the city is spread around an area of 31,733 hectares, and in the second phase, after the whole plan is activated it will have a total area of around 71,733 hectares of land.
Authority Planning to Revive the Real Estate Sector
In the meeting that took place between the Noida Authority officials, the plan to rebuilt the Real estate sector has also been discussed. The officials also discussed about the growth of the Housing Projects which are currently glued at one point. This Project has not been moved for the last five to six years which is not a good sign and this will affect around more than 200000 Home Buyers.
Farmers will be allowed to build villages up to 15 meters of Height
The second phase will also help in improving the economy in many ways. Since the authority had no land for the Industrial Scheme, they had to request for extra land from the farmers . The authorities have also decided to look after the farmers housing schemes, the farmers will be allowed to build villages up to 15 meters of height.
