Jewar Airport is being built near Yamuna city in Greater Noida. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has decided to declare a special scheme on August 1 2023. The government has named this scheme as Residential Plot scheme. The scheme plans to build plots in Sector-16 & 17 under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
Authority will allot 1159 Plots to the buyers
Under this scheme, 1159 plots will be allotted to the buyers. Such a scheme has been announced after a long time for the buyers who wish to buy their own property and our waiting for a better opportunity to come. With this scheme a lot of middle class people also can fulfill their wish of having their own house.
People can submit the forms before 30th August
According to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, people willing to buy the property can buy the forms from the bank or the authority office. All the forms should be submitted before the authority before 30th August. Then the authority will come out with a draw. If your draw is chose, then you will get a chance to build your house near the Jewar Airport.
