Noida News: Next time if you want to buy property in Noida, you will have to lose extra money from your pocket. The Noida Authority has hike the rates for buying property, passing the map and the completion certificate rates have also increased. The authority has given its nod for the hike in all these rates in the meet held with the officials. People who are buying land with extra area will have to pay extra from now onwards. This rule will be applicable on the Residential as well as the Non-Residential Plots.
Property Prices have been the same since 2010
The officials said that the rated haven’t been changed since 2010. This is why the fresh hike will be applicable not only in Noida but also in Greater Noida as well. For the Home Buyers who need to get their map passed from the authority will now have to pay an extra amount, the fresh hike is 30Rs per hectare, and for bigger buildings the buyer will have to pay 1 rupee per meter.
Buyers will have to wait for the Registry
However the buyers of the Noida and Greater Noida will have to wait for a little longer to get their Registry. The authorities could not take a call on the House Registry of the buyers in the meet this time. They hope to finalize this issue soon so that people can have their House Registry.
