People are getting sick as a result. Hospitals had to admit a large number of patients. Sector Omicron-1A has also brought one such instance to light. People claimed that for the past ten days, the situation has been awful. Many homes are receiving dirty sewer water. People are becoming sick after drinking this water because of leaks that allow it to enter homes through drinking water lines.
Residents’ Frustration as Sewer Leak Woes Persist
The residents of Omicron One Society claimed that despite having brought this to the Greater Noida Authority’s attention, their issue has not yet been remedied. Subhash Bhati, the head of the society, said that 50 individuals have already become ill as a result of this issue, which has been there for a month. In addition to them, several people are admitted to hospitals. He claimed that he personally complained to the Noida Authority about this. Additionally, he just met the CEO of the Noida Authority. Although he had promised to check the water, neither the issue nor a visit for inspection have been resolved as of yet.
Noida Authority Addresses Sewer Leak Concerns
When the Noida Authority was informed of this at the same time, they stated that we are aware of the situation. A team was dispatched to examine the water, and everything was discovered to be in order. The water supply is being handled properly, according to the authority. Water samples will be filled if further complaints are made. It will be sent for examination.
