Noida’s Battle for Fresh Air, CEO’s Strict Measures Against Pollution

Noida News: Due to a little improved wind speed on Saturday, pollution levels in Delhi and the surrounding areas decreased slightly, but the city was still covered in a thick, deadly haze for the fifth day in a row. Strict Anti-Pollution Measures

CEO of the Noida Authority Lokesh M comments on pollution in the city, saying, “We started a mega rally to sweep the dust & slit…We have fixed a time & given the time chart to the senior officials to make sure that everything is clean. The air guns & water sprinklers are also being used. We have given a notice & stopped the construction activity…We are following all rules & regulations and making sure that the GRAP rules are also followed. Strict action is being taken against any violation…”

Delhi’s Air Quality Plummets, AQI Crosses 400

Let us tell you that the AQI in certain places is over 400 and that the air in Delhi NCR has become extremely hazardous owing to pollution. People are finding it extremely difficult to breathe. India accounted for three of the world’s five most polluted cities, according to QAIR. wherein Kolkata comes in at number four with 170 AQI and Delhi is ranked first. Mumbai is ranked fifth. Pakistan’s Lahore city was ranked number two.
