Patna News: Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, is the subject of a murder investigation. Tejashwi Yadav, the head of the RJD and Nitish’s deputy, has also been named as a defendant in this case. Action has been requested before the Chief Judicial Magistrate court of the Civil Court of Patna while filing a murder case against the DM and SSP of the capital city of Patna. Krishna Kumar Kallu, a BJP member, brought up the subject of police use of lathicharge during the assembly march in this instance. It is alleged that as a result, a BJP leader was assassinated.
BJP Leader Files Complaint Against CM Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav, DM, and SSP in Murder Case
According to Sunil Kumar Singh, who spoke on behalf of BJP leader Krishna Singh Kallu, a complaint has been filed against the accused under the IPC’s Sections 302, 307, 341, and 323 among others. Including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, DM Dr Chandrashekhar Singh, and SSP Rajeev Mishra of Patna, a case has been filed against six people. On July 19, the subject will be heard. Krishna Kumar Singh, also known as Kallu, is a recent addition to the BJP and resides in the Gandhi Maidan police station neighborhood’s Salimpur Ahra Gali. He has claimed that the government is to blame for the passing of BJP member Vijay Singh, a native of Jehanabad. He claims that Vijay Singh died as a result of the assembly march’s lathi charge.

Bihar teacher candidates are fighting the government over their demand.
