Patna News: Most People of the city are living in fear as the water level of the rivers is crossing the danger mark. These people are on the verge of losing their homes if there are floods in the city. The water level of the main rivers has reached the danger mark which is becoming a concern for the authorities. The authorities have already issued an alert considering the rising water level of these rivers. The Ganga River in the city is also flowing on a danger mark. The water has started flowing below the Pati bridge due to which people are moving with the help of boats.

Water started entering in the Low Lying Areas

Due to continuous rains in the Araria district and also because of the water that has been released from Nepal border , the water level of Ratwa River and the Bakra River are over flowing. Due to this the water has started flowing in the low lying areas which causes problems for people living there. People are fearing this situation might bring floods.

People fear losing Homes due to Floods

Thousands of people living in the low lying areas are worried of losing their homes. The water level of the rivers is rising continuously because of the rains. Meanwhile the administration is gearing up to reach out to people if situation turns worse.
