Patna News: Police action is being seen a lot these days in Patna, the capital of Bihar. On Tuesday (July 11), the Patna police had lathi-charged the protesting teachers, then today that is on Wednesday (July 12), they thrashed the farmer advisors. In fact, the farmer advisors had been protesting for a long time regarding their demands regarding the policy of adjustment. On the third day of the monsoon session, the farmer advisor had left for the assembly march. Police stopped the farmer advisors near R block. For some time, the farmer advisors had been raising slogans against the government regarding their demands.
The policemen were asking them to remain calm, but the farmer advisors were continuously raising slogans regarding their demands. In the end, the police lathicharged them. When the farmer advisor went out for the assembly march, the police chased him on the road and killed him. The protest by thousands of advisors had started since morning itself. The protesters directly reached R-Block. A large number of police forces were deployed to stop them. Senior police officers were miking and asking the farmer advisors to retreat.
When the protesters did not agree, the police lathi-charged using force. After this the policemen chased away the farmer advisors. SDM Srikant Kandkar told that we had to disperse the protesters as they were given enough time to disperse from here. Section 144 of CrPC is applicable, no one can protest in the vicinity of the assembly. Gardnibagh picket site is fixed for him. He was given permission for Gardnibagh.
Nevertheless, they had gathered here in large numbers. 4-5 arrests have also been made due to violation of section 144 of CrPC. Now the situation is normal.
