Patna News: This year only 60% girls will get benefit from Kishori Swastha Yojana. The reason is because 40 percent of the girl students fail to mark attendance in schools. These girls will not be able to take benefits from the scheme due to lack of attendance. The process of giving the benefits of this schemes has already started by the government. The attendance has been checked online by the Distrcit education office. The benefits of Mukhyamantri kishori swastha yojana is given to the girls studying ibn class 9th to 12th.
Over 28000 Girls will benefit from the Scheme
This time around 28000 girl students will benefit from this scheme. In this the lowest portion of the girl students who will not be able to benefit from this scheme is students from the class of 11th and 12th. The price amount will be only given to the students who have attained 40 percent of the attendence in the classes.
It is mandatory for Girls to buy sanitary pads
Under the kishori health scheme, an amount of 300 Rs will be given to the girl students annually. This year many changes have been made in the scheme. According to the Health Department, the students have to buy Sanitary pads from the amount being given to them, and they have to submit the receipt as a proof to the school.
