Patna News: In a strange move by the Patna Police, the all the bike riders who are moving on their bikes with their girlfriends are being imposed a fine and the Traffic Police is also sending challans to their residences to make their parents aware about their child’s lie. Most of the youngsters are leaving their homes on the pretext of extra classes or tutions, but instead of attending classes they hang out with their girl friends or boy friends.
