Pune Car Accident Case: In a significant development in the Pune car accident case, the Crime Branch has arrested three individuals involved in the manipulation of blood samples. The accused include two doctors and a hospital staff member from Sassoon Hospital.

The accused, Dr. Ajay Taware, Head of the Forensic Medicine Department, CMO Dr. Srihari Halnor, and Atul Ghatakmalbe, a hospital employee, were brought before the Crime Branch. Following their arrest, they have been remanded to police custody until May 30.
The arrests were made in connection with allegations of tampering with the blood samples of a minor involved in a car accident. The case has raised serious concerns about the integrity of medical and forensic procedures at the hospital.
