Pune Porshe Accident : Pune Police have arrested Vishal Agarwal, a real estate businessman, in connection with a fatal collision involving a Porsche and a motorcycle in the Kalyaninagar area. The accident, which occurred early Sunday morning, resulted in the deaths of two people. Agarwal’s 17-year-old son, who was allegedly driving the Porsche while intoxicated, was involved in the incident.
Pune Police Arrest Real Estate Tycoon in Hit-and-Run Case
Agarwal was apprehended early this morning in Maharashtra’s Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar after evading the police for several days. Additionally, police have arrested three officials from two hotels for allegedly serving alcohol to the minor. This information was provided by officials on Tuesday.
According to the authorities, the Porsche was driven by the 17-year-old, who collided with a motorcycle, killing two riders early Sunday morning in Kalyaninagar. The police claim the minor was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. Following the incident, an FIR was registered against Vishal Agarwal, who subsequently fled the city to avoid arrest.
Evasion and Arrest
India Today reported that Agarwal initially searched multiple properties in Pune, including his farmhouse in Daund, before moving to Kolhapur, where he met a friend. In a bid to mislead the police, Agarwal sent his car and driver in a different direction while he traveled to Sambhaji Nagar in his friend’s car.
